    ULTRA SHORT THROW REAR PROJECTION

This unique technology is designed specifically for ultra-short throw projectors, spreading the light evenly into each corner without creating hot spots. The UST projector screen’s superior ability to diffuse light across the surface makes it perfect for use in TV studios and control rooms which require a crisp image that can translate onto the camera. Boasting HD/4K image quality, this screen’s ability to perform even in areas with high ambient light also makes it an ideal solution for use in auditoriums, shopping centres and museums where the lighting cannot always be controlled.

    LARGE SCALE UST SCREENS

Our UST projector screens can be manufactured in various aspect ratios and custom sizes up to 8m x 3m in acrylic or 5m x 2.5m in glass to create huge single-screen displays, producing the same quality image at a lower cost to competing LCD and LED video wall technology. UST rear projection screens are an ideal digital signage solution for high traffic areas, with the projector positioned close to the back of the screen to take up minimal floor space and remove the chance of shadows blocking the image and disrupting the content on the screen.

    IMMERSIVE PROJECTION SCREENS

Digital Glass provides an extremely robust solution for digital signage, high-end projection and large format edge blending with options available for Active 3D or Passive 3D Projection. These UST projection displays are also often specified for simulation projects where customers are looking to achieve an immersive projection CAVE environment.

    REAR PROJECTION TOUCH SCREENS

Digital Glass can also be transformed into an interactive touch screen using our IR (infrared) touch screen overlays to create Interactive Digital Glass. Perfect for large format multi-touch displays, these touch screen overlays are available with up to 32 touchpoints and in sizes up to a huge 10m x 3m, ideal for use with LED, LCD and projection displays.

DO YOU NEED A SPECIAL SCREEN FOR AN ULTRA SHORT THROW PROJECTOR?

In order to get the best results from your ust projector, we recommend using a specialist ultra short throw projection screen. Our UST projector screens are designed specifically for ultra-short-throw rear projection, spreading the light evenly into each corner without creating hot spots.

WHAT'S THE LARGEST UST PROJECTION SCREEN YOU CAN MAKE?

Our UST projector screens can be manufactured in various aspect ratios and custom sizes up to 8m x 3m to create huge single-screen displays, producing the same quality image at a lower cost to competing LCD and LED video wall technology.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED FOR A UST PROJECTOR?

Ultra short throw projectors are manufactured with an extra wide-angle lens which massively reduces the distance needed between your screen and projector. UST projectors have a throw ratio of 0.4 or less, meaning for a 100″ screen your UST projector could sit beneath the screen and easily project images at this size.

WHERE SHOULD A UST PROJECTION SCREEN BE USED?

UST projection screens are a popular choice for home theatres and as an alternative to TVs as the reduced throw distance in comparison to standard projectors requires no restriction on decor or movement around the screen. UST projection screens are also a popular choice for movies and tv shows as the projectors can be easily hidden when the screen is in use. Other typical applications include meeting rooms, exhibitions, retail & museums/visitor attractions.

CAN YOU MAKE AN INTERACTIVE UST PROJECTOR SCREEN?

Digital Glass can also be combined with Pro Display’s intouch infrared multi-touch frames to create Interactive Digital Glass – perfect for large format multi-touch display applications. These touch frames are available with up to 32 touchpoints and in sizes up to a huge 10m x 3m, ideal for use with LED, LCD and projection displays.
